Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Refunds

Refund requests must be initiated on the same day your order is delivered.

To request a refund, please complete the Return Form available through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds are approved only if the item:

• Is unworn and unused.

• Has all original tags attached.

• Is returned in its original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please allow a reasonable processing time after your return has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please submit a request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

Exchanged items must be:

• Unworn and unused.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

• In their original condition.

Important Notes

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or are returned without their original tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

• We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
