Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Returns

Return requests must be initiated on the same day your order is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping (100 EGP), as well as the original shipping fee, will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Requests can be made through our Return & Exchange portal.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds are approved only if the item:

  • Is unworn and unused.

  • Has all original tags attached.

  • Is returned in its original condition.

 

 

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. 

A flat 120 EGP exchange shipping fee applies to all exchange requests.

Requests can be made through our Return & Exchange portal.

Exchanged items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • Returned with all original tags attached.

  • In their original condition.

Important Notes

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or are returned without their original tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
